Orders are usually sent to the buyer within 2 days by post with Royal Mail.
Once the goods are handed over to the post office the transport risk passes to the buyer.

The customer has a right of return, please observe the following for returns information
The product is to be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must not show any signs of use Products be returned in original packaging The cost of the return must be paid by the buyer and sent by recorded delivery and proof of postage must be kept
If there are any issues with the product they must be reported immediately by email,
If the buyer's claims are justified Hey Señorita will refund or exchange the product.
Claims for damages while in transit are excluded.
